Entering a Prior Authorization Web Page

Overview -The PA Entry function allows the user to enter and submit a PA directly from the Web Portal.

Entering a Prior Authorization:  Web Page Details

  1. After logging in to the secure Web Portal, on the left side of the Home Pagein the navigation bar, the user will click on Enter PA to access the Prior Authorization page.

  1. The user will enter the Recipient ID and the Provider ID, then click Submit.
  2. The user will select the PA type from the drop-down box, complete all appropriate fields, and click Submit.

  1. The user will receive the PA number.
